Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
This page lists the cookies and similar technologies used on tryvo.io and in the Tryvo app, and explains how to manage them.
1. How We Use Cookies
We use necessary cookies that the Service cannot function without (authentication, security, language, consent storage) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Cookies We Set
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __session, __client (Clerk) | Keeps you signed in and secures your session | Necessary | Session / up to 1 year |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language preference | Necessary | 1 year |
| cc_cookie | Stores your cookie consent choices | Necessary | 6 months |
| shopify_oauth_*, klaviyo_oauth_* | Short-lived state tokens that secure the OAuth connection flow against forgery | Necessary | Minutes (deleted after the flow completes) |
| _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics) | Anonymous usage statistics to improve the product | Analytics — consent required | Up to 2 years |
3. Managing Your Consent
- When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or configure categories individually.
- You can change your choice at any time via the cookie preferences link in the banner, which reappears when your stored consent expires, or by clearing the cc_cookie in your browser.
- Rejecting analytics cookies does not limit any functionality.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies will prevent sign-in from working.
4. More Information
How we handle personal data collected through cookies is described in our Privacy Policy. Google Analytics is listed with our other providers on the subprocessor list.
