Refund Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
Tryvo subscriptions are billed through Shopify’s billing system. This policy explains trials, cancellations, and when refunds are available.
1. Free Trial
Every new brand gets a free trial (currently 14 days) before any charge is created. You can evaluate the full trial-plan feature set and cancel during the trial without being billed.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in your plan settings or by uninstalling the Tryvo app from your Shopify store.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You keep access until then.
- Usage quotas do not carry over after cancellation or between billing cycles.
3. Refunds
- Charges already incurred are generally non-refundable; cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.
- We refund charges that result from billing errors on our side — contact us within 30 days of the charge.
- If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during a billing cycle, contact us and we will find a fair solution (credit or partial refund).
- Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Because billing runs through Shopify, approved refunds are issued as credits or refunds on your Shopify invoice, following Shopify’s billing processes and timelines.
5. Contact
For billing questions, email kontakt@tryvo.io with your store domain and the relevant invoice. See also our Terms of Service, section 4.
