Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Tryvo — brands, their team members, and customers submitting content.
1. Prohibited Content
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
- Content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, personality rights) — only upload videos featuring people who have agreed to appear in them.
- Misleading or deceptive content, including fabricated reviews or testimonials for products the submitter has not actually purchased or used.
- Malware, or content designed to exploit or damage the Service or its users.
2. Prohibited Conduct — Brands
- Sending invitations to people who are not genuinely your customers, or without a lawful basis for the email under the e-marketing laws of their jurisdiction.
- Using submissions in advertising without the disclosures required in your market for incentivized content (e.g. clearly labelling rewarded UGC).
- Instructing or incentivizing submitters to make false claims about your products.
- Circumventing plan quotas, e.g. by splitting usage across accounts.
3. Prohibited Conduct — General
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other tenants' data, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without written permission (see the Security page for responsible disclosure).
- Scraping, bulk-exporting, or reselling data from the Service outside its intended use.
- Reverse engineering the Service except where permitted by law.
- Interfering with the Service's operation, including by imposing an unreasonable load.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle usage, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy — immediately and without notice in serious cases. Where the violation is also unlawful, we may notify authorities. To report abuse, email kontakt@tryvo.io.
